Alarms lack a handling workflow
A threshold sends a message without showing whether the incident was acknowledged, handled or closed.
With distributed assets, readings, faults, customers and contracts need to come together. We connect devices and platform with sales, service and analysis in Dynamics 365. In facility management we digitised sales and field service this way, and for MENNEKES we developed the hardware and data hub of the M.ONE product line.

Vendors, controllers and formats differ. Without device profiles and a data model, each site needs custom logic.
History, parts and readings are separate. Field teams repeat information gathering on site.
Business customers, contracts and quotes come together in Dynamics 365, connected to billing and ERP. Sales and service see the same customer history.
Service and product details →IoT CORE links readings to assets and provides defined events. Assess protocols, reporting intervals and late or missing values.
Service and product details →Relevant events enter an agreed service workflow. Priority, skills, material and feedback shape dispatch planning.
Service and product details →Reports combine asset state, data quality and service handling. Agreed metrics reveal recurring issues and site differences.
Service and product details →Assess OT security, segmentation, remote access, critical functions and data handling. Cloud connectivity does not authorise control-system access.
NXTGN developed the hardware for every device in the M.ONE Core line and took it into series production.
This includes the radio module, antennas, RED approval and the data hub in the MENNEKES Industrial Cloud.
M.ONE at MENNEKES ↗For a facility management provider we digitised sales and field service with Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
That is a separate decision. Monitoring and service integration can start read-only. Write access requires further technical and organisational approvals.
