NXTGN · The AI process integrator for mid-sized businesses

We integrate AI into your business processes.

We have improved business processes for mid-sized companies and connected CRM, ERP and business systems for many years. AI is a natural extension of this work: redesigning workflows, supporting decisions and handling tasks across systems. We start with your process and desired outcome, not a model looking for a use case.

NXTGN AI CORE · Our AI product

AI using your knowledge and terminology.

A language model does not know your internal abbreviations or the relationships between your assets, components and business records. NXTGN AI CORE represents this context using a knowledge graph, glossary and taxonomy. Documents and databases supply the evidence; your specialists define terminology and relationships.

Terminology

Your company’s synonyms, abbreviations and approved names.

Knowledge Graph

Relationships between terms, assets, components and sources.

Dedicated instance

Models, embeddings and OCR on your servers or hosted on a dedicated NXTGN instance.

Scope

What we deliver for you

01

Understand the business process

With business teams, we assess goals, decisions, handovers and exceptions, alongside existing systems and data. This defines what should change for customers and employees.

02

Redesign the workflow

We remove unnecessary steps and define ownership. Fixed rules become workflows. AI is added where content needs interpretation, knowledge needs retrieval or next steps vary.

03

Integrate NXTGN AI CORE

Our standard product connects sources with terminology, taxonomy and a knowledge graph. We configure the domain model, integrations and access. It runs on a dedicated instance; its included agents deliver evidenced reports.

04

Use the right Copilot

We distinguish assistance in Microsoft 365, features in Dynamics and custom agents in Copilot Studio. Before delivery, you know what needs configuration, integration or development.

05

Integrate agentic workflows

Agents get a clear task, permitted tools and suitable access to CRM, ERP and knowledge sources. We define allowed actions, human approvals and recovery after errors.

06

Choose models and deployment

Open weight, frontier and local deployment describe different properties. We test suitable models on your tasks and assess data paths, licensing, resources and operations. NXTGN AI CORE provides a structured knowledge base with local models, a knowledge graph and terminology.

07

Run the application

We agree who handles errors, updates knowledge and tests new model versions. Answer quality, access and costs need attention after launch, too.

AGENTIC WORK

AI can carry out tasks, not just write answers.

An agent uses information, chooses next steps and invokes permitted tools. We design a business process with access rules, checks and clear boundaries. Agentic does not mean uncontrolled.

  1. 01

    Trigger

An event or person starts a clearly scoped task.

  2. 02

    Context

The agent reads only permitted data and knowledge sources.

  3. 03

    Plan

It selects next steps within permitted rules.

  4. 04

    Tools

APIs and connectors enable specific actions in CRM, ERP or business systems.

  5. 05

    Approval

Consequential or risky actions require defined review.

  6. 06

    Outcome

Outcomes, actions, exceptions and human fallback are recorded.

APPLICATIONS AND VALUE

Which processes you can transform with AI

Automation is not just faster data entry. We redesign the workflow from request to outcome, with better decisions, clear approvals and new possibilities for your customers. Value is assessed across the process.

01

Customer requests and proposals

Requests arrive by email, attachments contain important details and the same data is entered again in CRM or ERP. Clarifications delay processing.

What we deliver

We review the actual workflow and connect intake, customer master data and processing. AI can classify content and prepare drafts. Rules define required fields, review and handover to your source systems.

What you gain

Your team sees open requests and works with fuller context. Less manual re-entry creates time for customer clarification and proposal quality.

How we measure value

Processing time, duplicate entry, clarification rate and time from intake to proposal.

02

Service and knowledge access

Service requests need classification, the correct device history and existing solution knowledge. These often sit in different systems.

What we deliver

We connect the service record, history and permitted knowledge sources. AI supports classification and response preparation. Escalations, commitments and changes follow defined approvals.

What you gain

Employees can handle a request with fewer system switches. Routine answers can be prepared while your team handles difficult cases.

How we measure value

Time to a qualified first response, resolution time, transfers and rework.

03

Documents and operational workflows

Orders, inspection reports or delivery notes must be read, checked and handed over. Exceptions often end up in email or spreadsheets outside the actual process.

What we deliver

We digitise intake, data validation and approval. AI handles suitable extraction and classification. Exceptions remain visible and go to a named owner. Power Apps, the data platform and integrations implement the workflow.

What you gain

The transaction is traceable without tracking it across several lists. Your business team handles exceptions instead of repeating the same re-entry for every document.

How we measure value

Time per document, corrections, unresolved exceptions and time to business approval.

Microsoft offerings

Which Microsoft offering fits your task?

We use Microsoft offerings where they support your process. Workplace Copilot, custom agents and individually developed AI applications need different building blocks.

Support work in Microsoft 365

Microsoft Copilot

Product documentation ↗

Documents, email and meetings in the familiar workplace. Copilot Chat and Microsoft Copilot do not automatically have the same access to company data.

What we do for you

We assess suitable tasks, data access and adoption. Business teams test what actually improves their work.

Use AI in customer workflows

Copilot in Dynamics 365

Product documentation ↗

Application-specific features supporting sales or service. Scope depends on the application, licence and availability.

What we do for you

We connect features to your CRM workflow, assess data quality and define approvals for customer responses or changes.

Build your own agents and workflows

Microsoft Copilot Studio

Product documentation ↗

A low-code tool for agents with knowledge, tools and integrations. An agent can prepare work or execute permitted actions.

What we do for you

We design tasks, connectors, access and approvals. Exceptions and human fallback are part of delivery from the start.

Develop custom AI applications

Microsoft Foundry

Product documentation ↗

An Azure platform for models, agents, tools and evaluation. Foundry is not one language model or a ready-configured business workflow.

What we do for you

We develop your application, integrate APIs and sources, and test quality, permitted actions and operations. Model and deployment are chosen for your data requirements.

We check licensing, processing and storage, regions, and preview or generally available features for the actual use case. An existing Microsoft licence does not replace this assessment.

Microsoft offering, language model and deployment are not the same thing.

Local or hosted describes processing. Open weight describes available model weights and their licence. Frontier describes a capability classification. These properties can coexist. We compare them for your process, not by brand logo.

Clarify before delivery

AI does not automatically produce correct answers. Tests include conflicting sources, missing data and disallowed requests. When fixed rules solve a task more reliably, we do not use AI for it.

Where should we start?

Choose a frequent task with visible effort and errors today. The first discussion covers users, data access and the desired result. You can then decide whether implementation makes sense.

Does our data have to go to the cloud?

No. NXTGN AI CORE can run independently. For other applications, we assess local, hosted and hybrid options, including the actual data paths.

What does NXTGN deliver?

Process analysis, architecture, configuration and development, integration, testing and rollout. We agree scope, responsibilities and subsequent operations with you.

Let’s discuss your workflow.

Bring a specific task or example case. We will discuss where AI can help and what prerequisites are missing.
