From our work
Complete laboratory solution with Power Apps
For a customer in the beverage and brewing industry we built a complete LIMS with Power Apps, from proficiency testing through sensory analysis to microbiology.
The lab instruments are connected. Recipes, analyses and the entire shipping logic run in the app, and billing runs in Dynamics 365.
Location and fill level across the IBC lifecycle
BASF Coatings, THIELMANN and NXTGN agreed to jointly develop IBC monitoring. NXTGN provides ibc.digital and develops the product further.
A web application brings together container location, fill level and condition.

What does the PPWR mean for us?
The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation raises the requirements for reusable transport packaging such as IBC containers and for proving their circulation. With ibc.digital you see where your containers are, how they circulate and what condition they are in.
Is our ERP replaced?
Normally we extend the system of record. Agree where orders, batches, tests and approvals are authoritative.
Can existing devices be used?
We assess interfaces, measurement quality and installation constraints. Suitable existing equipment can be included.
