ISO 27001 and NIS2
Many of our clients are ISO 27001 certified or fall under NIS2. We work to their requirements and implement access concepts, logging, audit trails and emergency and incident processes, using Microsoft's tools and our own services such as monitoring. We have implemented solutions for several certification bodies ourselves, so we also know the audit processes from the other side.

Secure devices
For connected devices we implement the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) with EN 18031 and take the Cyber Resilience Act into account. Firmware is signed and updated remotely with encryption. On request, there is no direct access to the operating system after production. Hardware and software bills of materials (BOM and SBOM) are included, and we monitor errors in the field continuously. We handle quality issues using 5D and 8D, as automotive customers require.

How we work
We work in our clients' tenants, with multi-factor sign-in and only the permissions we need. Code is peer-reviewed, and we test applications with penetration tests. Our procedures and work instructions are documented in line with ISO 27001.

Hosting and data protection
Systems we operate mostly run in Azure in Western Europe or Germany, some at Hetzner. We sign a data processing agreement with you.

AI and the EU AI Act
We advise on the requirements of the EU AI Act and build AI governance into your projects.
