Business applications

Typical use cases for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Introduce CRM

We bring sales, service and management together and build the system around your processes. We use what the standard offers and develop what is missing.

Move CRM to the cloud

We migrate Dynamics CRM on-premises to Dynamics 365 Online. We carry over data, customisations and interfaces and check what the standard now handles better.

International rollouts

We harmonise processes across countries and subsidiaries. We plan the rollout as big bang or phased, inside-out or outside-in, greenfield or brownfield, whatever fits your organisation.

AI in the CRM

Applications with AI support summarise, classify, suggest next steps and take over routine work. Today this is part of almost every project we deliver.

Requirements and boundaries

We work out which apps and licences you need from your processes. You only buy what you actually use.

Must we buy every application?

No. We start with the processes that bring the most and extend when you are ready.

How does our ERP fit?

We define which system leads for customers, products, prices and orders and connect both in real time or on a schedule. Among others, we have connected SAP, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central and JD Edwards.

Can you replace our old CRM?

Yes, including Dynamics CRM on-premises. We carry over data, customisations and interfaces and tidy up along the way.

Do you look after the system after go-live?

Yes. With NXTGN 365 Care we take over support, releases and further development.
