Quote and calculation
Quotes are built in Dynamics 365 with scope, day rates, discounts and approvals. The contribution margin is visible before the quote goes out.
Fixed price, time and materials or a mix lead to different rules. We build your delivery model, not a standard one.
Project planning and staffing
The won quote becomes the project plan without anyone re-entering anything. Project managers see who is available with which skills and when, and staff the project.
Time and expenses are recorded and approved. Plan and actuals come together in the same figures for project management and controlling.
Handover to SAP and finance systems
The order goes to SAP or your ERP in real time or on a schedule. Accounting and billing continue there. Revenue and status come back to the project.
KYC and Chinese walls
In consultancies not everyone may see everything. We implement Chinese walls between teams and engagements, in the CRM and in every interface. New clients are checked with KYC data from providers such as Dun & Bradstreet or Moody's.
