Connect ERP, CRM and business systems reliably.
We connect CRM, ERP and business systems, including many systems, high transaction volumes and strict security requirements. Among others, we have integrated SAP, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central and JD Edwards.
Explore this topicWe take on the difficult integrations.
Many clients bring us in when an integration is demanding or a project has stalled. We know the systems, the data flows and where things usually break. That is why we plan for failures, load and security from the start.
From CRM to ERP
The process usually starts in the CRM. We clean and enrich the data there before it goes to the ERP. From then on, the ERP leads.
In many projects, quotes, orders, project planning and staffing also run in the CRM. The ERP takes over the finished order.
High volumes and real time
We build integrations for high transaction volumes, in real time or on a schedule. A message must neither get lost nor create an order twice. Errors stay visible individually and can be retried selectively.
Data migration
For migrations and regular loads, we extract data from ERP and legacy systems, clean it and load it into the target system. A new CRM starts with clean data.
Security
We define who sees which data, down to Chinese walls between departments. These rules apply in the CRM and in every interface. Many of our clients are ISO 27001 certified.
Operations
After go-live we keep looking after the integrations. We monitor them, handle errors and adapt them when a connected system changes.
Azure as the integration platform
Azure provides building blocks for interfaces, messaging and workflows. We assemble the integration your process needs.

Map process and data flow
We clarify where a record originates, who changes it and which system leads from when.
Clean and enrich data
Before the first transfer we clean the data, find duplicates and fill gaps from external sources. AI-supported analysis shows early where data quality falls short.
Build for performance
We load large data sets in parallel so migrations and loads finish within their time window. We test with real volumes and real error cases.
Take over operations
After go-live we monitor the interfaces and handle errors as soon as they occur.
Questions & answers
Which ERP systems does NXTGN integrate?
Among others SAP, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central and JD Edwards, plus many other ERP and business systems.
Which tools does NXTGN use?
Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps and Functions, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, SSIS and KingswaySoft, and our own .NET services. We choose the tool by volume, runtime and operations.
Power Automate or Azure?
Power Automate is often enough for simple workflows. For high volumes, short runtimes or many systems we use Azure.
Real time or scheduled?
Orders usually go to the ERP in real time. Master data is often fine hourly or overnight.
What happens when an error occurs?
Every interface has a defined error path. It decides between retry, abort or handover to operations.
How is confidential data protected?
We define who sees which data, down to Chinese walls between departments. This applies in the CRM and in every interface.
Facing a difficult integration?
Describe the systems and data flows. We will tell you how we would approach the integration.
