Starting point
The consultancies wanted to run proposals, project planning and staffing in Dynamics 365. Only the finished order was to go to SAP.
From proposal to order
The process starts in the CRM, where we clean and enrich the client data. Proposals, project planning, staffing and contribution-margin calculation run in Dynamics 365. The approved order goes to SAP, which leads from then on. Some handovers run in real time, others on a schedule.
KYC checks in the CRM
The consultancies check new clients with data from Dun & Bradstreet and Moody's. The data reaches the CRM through interfaces, and the result is stored on the client record.
Who sees what
Not every team may see every engagement. NXTGN implemented these Chinese walls in Dynamics 365. The rules also apply in the interfaces to other systems.
Operations today
NXTGN continues to look after the Dynamics 365 environments with monitoring, support and further development.
