A customer portal connected to your workflows.
Customers and partners need to submit requests, provide documents and check progress. Power Pages connects external users to Dataverse workflows, with suitable design, identity and data access.

An integrated portal collects information where teams can act on it. Cases have a customer, status and owner; customers see records released to them.

Self-service for useful customer tasks
Start with what customers submit, what they can change and which follow-ups occur. Design forms, views and statuses around those needs.
- Service & documents
- Submit structured requests and missing information against a case.
- Partners & approvals
- Give external participants defined tasks and access.
- Status & responses
- Show relevant progress and keep communication in context.
Identity and access are architectural decisions
Sign-in, roles, page permissions and table permissions have distinct functions. Access is tested beyond the visible interface.
Partners must not see each other's records. Attachments, personal data, registration and account management belong to the same access design.
Connect portal, CRM and automation
Power Pages uses Dataverse, with Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Automate supporting internal handling. Other systems connect through integrations with clear status ownership.
Design, mobile use, accessibility, performance, changes, support and licensing are considered before rollout.
External interface, shared records
Microsoft's React and Fluent UI application sample illustrates Power Pages design options. Your interface is tailored to your brand and users' tasks.
This is not an NXTGN client project. Acceptance tests cover your complete workflow, identity, permissions, attachments and handling.
