Room data becomes useful once it is tied to room, time and batch.
- 01
ZONIVO assigns readings and events to the room and the batch period.
- 02
Data gaps and invalid values stay visible and are part of the assessment.
- 03
Hardware, software, consulting and support come from NXTGN.
Zone and vivo.
ZONIVO combines “zone” and “vivo”, meaning “alive”. The name describes what it is about. A cleanroom has a condition even when nobody is working in it. During downtime and idle periods, readings and events matter just as much. That is why ZONIVO records and assesses room conditions continuously and, where needed, links them to processes and batches.
A deviation belongs to a room and to a batch.
If the pressure in a room rises above the limit, ZONIVO shows the deviation exactly where it occurred. Trends, validity and data gaps help to judge how reliable the measurement history is. Alarms are acknowledged, the reason is documented, and later changes can be traced.
The result is a report for the batch period. Quality assurance sees readings, events and how they were handled in one context. A SCADA system remains the source of the technical data. ZONIVO adds the room and process context that automation alone does not provide.
What ZONIVO provides and what each installation has to settle itself.
ZONIVO comes with roles and an audit trail. It records old and new values, along with the person who made the change and the reason. Electronic signatures are available for the intended actions.
There is no blanket GMP certification for this, and we do not promise one. Qualification is carried out for each installation individually. We support it and make sure that scaling, units and limits are checked before release.
The readings come through our own hardware.
BYZANTIUM EDGE is the gateway between your measuring equipment and ZONIVO. Its built-in OPC UA server provides the data points ready to use. If more connections are needed, CRIMSON modules add further inputs and outputs. A device template is already in place for supported Lighthouse particle counters.
We develop and maintain both devices ourselves. During setup, you assign the data points to your devices and rooms, and we check together that everything works.
Integrate existing fan filter units.
Many cleanrooms already have FFUs that only report on site. We retrofit them with BYZANTIUM EDGE. ZONIVO then shows speed, operating status, faults and filter condition in the room concerned and can send the speed setpoint back to the FFU. Before the retrofit, we check which values your units provide for each FFU type.
Energy consumption can be recorded as well. How it is assigned to rooms and batches is defined for your process.
